"Fantastic opportunity to purchase." Quality antique sleepy eye pitcher made in Monmouth, IL by the Western Stoneware Company. "Beaded edge" rim on pitcher, with the approximate measurements being: 5 1/4" in height (lip edge by handle to bottom), 6 1/2" from outside spout lip edge to outside edge of handle, 6" from center of spout to bottom, 4 1/2" bottom diameter. T is a paper/glue area on bottom (see photo) w label was applied. Some letters are still visible (with my eyesight I used a magnifying loop to see). T is only one small chip on the bottom rim (hardly visible), with very minimum crazing on this pitcher. Pitcher has great cobalt blue shading in the landscape and portrait detail area, and hopefully my photographs do justice for this beautiful, highly collective item. Recently purchased at a collector/dealer Estate Sale, I will sell with no reserve, but I do have an opening bid. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email me.
