Up for auction is a small antique cast iron note clip meant for placing on the desk or hanging on the wall to help organize and keep track of important papers. These clips were often used in stores to hold orders and receipts together for the shopkeeper to process. The clip is in good condition--the spring is tight and t are no scratches or dings in the piece, although the finish is worn a bit. T is a hole in the back for permanent mounting or for simply hanging the clip on a wall hook w the attached papers are visible and readily available.

The clip measures 2 1/4" high by 1 3/8" across at the widest part. The clip is marked TATUM on the back--please refer to photo. It is a solid and fairly heavy piece. It would look great in an office or kitchen to hold those all important lists and reminders, or the artwork of your favorite little one!
