Up for auction is an antique Smiths White Root Beer stoneware bottle jug from the 1800s .

This was recently found in an old Maine attic along with many other antiques that I will be auctioning on ebay.

It is embossed: Smiths White Root Beer Patd July 17 1860 ITD & CO

Measures: 10 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter.

It has a tiny chip on the inside top rim as seen in the picture. (It looks like it was done when made)

This would be an amazing addition to any antique stoneware jug or beer bottle collection.
