Up for auction is a Wonderful Very Early Corner Pine Cupboard . It is of two part construction and stands approximately 79" High . The Upper Section has Two Doors that open to reveal two suspended full sized shelves. The Lower Section has Two Doors that open to reveal one suspended full sized shelf. T is a simple molding across the top front, and the bottom sits flush on the floor. It is rather primitive in construction... but Grand in appearance from the front. I'm not knowledgable about antique furniture, so I have provided photos that can be ENLARGED to show detail and condition. It looks like the hinges on the upper right door may have been relocated at some time. T are no handles or knobs but the vertical center moldings of the upper doors, suggest that t were at some time. If you have any further questions, please ask early, before bidding and I will try to answer as best I can. It measures approximately 40 1/2" across the widest part at the top, which includes the side panels that slightly bevel back. The Depth is approximately 21". It is Extremely Heavy and took 3 men to load the top half onto the trailer. The inside is painted green and the outside may have been painted green at one time but (if so) it has been stripped. I am selling it at a Very Low Starting Bid and No Reserve . I saw a similar pine cupboard in sorry condition go at auction for close to $2,000. I was fortunate to get this at an Estate Sale for considerably less and will pass my luck along. The Buyer will be responsible for arranging delivery . I will store it for you with prior arrangements. I know that is a company that delivers furniture...as well as AC Delivers . The cabinet is at zip code 31216 for pick up information. I am not affiliated with these companies, but they have picked up other furniture and delivered it all over the U.S. and I've not had any complaints. This is a Handsome Piece of Furniture and I was told that it dates to the early part of the 1800's or earlier. It is VERY STURDY and appears to be in good condition with no bug damage or repair. Thank you for viewing my auction and please watch for other Great Estate Finds from North and South.
