is an old firkin and a spice pantry box with inserts. The firkin is 10" high not counting the handle. Worn in all the right places, damaged on the lid and one of the fingers. Handle does not rotate all the way. The spice container is about 3 1/4" high and 9 1/2" in diameter. Left over inventory tag on lid from the estate. 8 containers inside, still with spices in some. Center container a bit bigger that the others. 1858 patent date on the bottom of the containers, along with Patent Package Co Newark New Jersey. No cracks, in good condition, wonderful patina. Shipping is based on packed weight, plus insurance based on sold price, and a packing materials fee based on what is needed to pack the auction safely - 3.00 for this auction .
