Albion Antiek Antique Blue Transferware 1820's Boy Piping - 2 Bowls This auction is for a beautiful pair of antique (ca. 1820's) Staffordshire blue transfer printed pottery bowls. These pearlware bowls are not marked but the pattern is known as "Boy Piping" and shows a shepherd with his flock of sheep. These bowls measure 6-5/8" across (16,8 cm) and 3-1/8" deep (8 cm). T is some wear from age and use and age crazing of the glaze. Also on the inside of one bowl t is a scratch in the glaze that has darkened as you can see in one of the close-up pictures (this is not a crack). T are no chips or cracks and no repairs or restorations. A beautiful and rare pair of bowls! Please note that I am located in the Netherlands (Holland) which means that this item will be shipped from Europe. Shipping options for this item to the USA, Canada and Australia:- priority Airmail with insurance (which to the U.S.A. normally takes around 7-10 days) is $32 . - priority Airmail without insurance (which to the U.S.A. normally takes around 7-10 days) is $28 . - standard Airmail without insurance (which to the U.S.A. normally takes around 3-4 weeks) is $14 . Insurance is only available for priority shipping (standard airmail cannot be insured).
