These salt and pepper shakers are wonderful decorated. They stand 4 1/2 inches tall. It is very hard to come to a set in these days. The boy is perfect. After I purchased the set and made a very close inspection at home, it appears that the girl's bonnet has been repaired on front top. It is so well done that I did not notice it at time of purchase. I thought I checked it out good. There are 2 small chips on base of her skirt, which I was aware of. Not bad for an item that old, which must have gotten a lot of use in the past. I pride myself in letting the buyer know if there is something not perfect. The paint is still in very good condition. A little wear on the raised part of muff and trim on girls coat. Their faces are adorable like little china dolls. Just a great set for the collector. Just look at all the pictures which are highly magnified. The set is sold as is, with insured mail.
