Up for sale we have a very fine pair of Stafford shire Figurines. They are marked on the bottom with the Red Shield mark. Stafford shire Ware England. There are also two different hand painted potters marks. One is 211. The other is a letter. The pieces are in excellent condition. We can only find one flaw. The Lady's Lamb has a missing ear. Other than that there are no chips or cracks, nor restoration .The pair are in Scottish dress with kilts and sash & bows. Each one has a loving animal they are petting. The Man appears to have an English Spaniel. The lady has a lamp. The pair stands 7 3/4" tall by 3" wide at the base. All hand painted with very fine faces & detail. The Victorian tradition of even painting on the insides where few see is in force here. Both animals have full faces even though you can barely see that side next to the peoples waists. Really a striking pair. Must see in person to fully appreciate. Email for any questions or more pictures. We offer Free Shipping for the Buy it Now Price in the USA.
