*Please excuse the digital camera flash glares on the front of the plate.* Pattern Reference: The Dictionary of Blue and White Printed Pottery 1780-1880 Volume I by A.W. Coysh and R.K. Henrywood. Page 39. "Belvoir Castle." Maker Unknown. Passion Flower Border Series. Printed title mark. This wonderful blue and white transferware printed Plate in the Belvoir Castle measures 10" in diameter and is in excellent condition with NO chips, NO cracks, NO repairs and NO reglazing. The reverse does have a small patch of sediment on the backside of the rim caused during manufacture worthy of going umentioned.. The glaze is bright and shiny and has minimal utensil marks only seen when angled towards a bright light upon close inspection. The transfer scene is very crisply done with nice shading along with a blue transfer printed mark on the reverse which exhibits the early foot rim form from the 19th century. Failure to pay within 7 days of auction will result in negative feedback being posted and the item being relisted. Payment by PayPal is preferred. Please understand that if paying by PayPal (with a check) they require the check funds to clear through them before item can be shipped (generally 4 Business Days). I will gladly ship internationally. International buyers are required to I will accept payment by cashiers check, money order or personal check only from buyers in the United States. Payment by PayPal will enable the piece to be shipped out within 3 Business Days of receipt of payment (PayPal payment by check is generally a 4 day hold per PayPal for the check to clear). Payment by cashiers check or money order will enable the piece to be shipped out within 5 Business Days of receipt of payment. Those paying by personal check agree and understand that shipment will not be made until 10 Business Days from deposit of the check allowing it to clear the account. The Buyer is to pay shipping and handling for US Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate Box PLUS delivery confirmation and insurance (calculated to the final sale price). International buyers to pay exact cost of shipping to their location plus insurance and delivery confirmation (when available).
