Antique 9" Stanley Machinists level No. 36 , Pat. 8/4 1896 and 6/23 1886 / 8 . This is in a handmade wooden box or coffin I would call it because it has not been out for a very very long time and thats why it is preserved in such a beautiful state . You can tell this was a tool he cared for very much by the way he built thebox,it has nice brass hinges and a nice old closer and it fits like a glove. This baby is a museum quality piece of American Craftsmanship ,it is all 100% original , never been touched , 2 very tiny paint chips on the inner upright .I could only get 12 pictures on so feel free to ask ?'s if they don't do what you need .
