Antique Star Gum ball or Peanut Machine Appealing old Star gum ball or peanut machine made by the Columbus Vending Co. of Columbus Ohio. It has the Star logo on each side of the glass globe, including the front of the machine. The machine will take pennies or dimes only. The marbles you see in the pics are only for decoration and will not work in the machine. I’ve had the machine in my home for years and used it as a dime bank. It appears to have the original gold paint but I cannot be 100% certain of it. T are very small chips in the paint all around the machine but nothing serious. Everything works properly and is in fine condition including the glass but does need some slight cleaning. The one key works for the upper and bottom locks. Thanks much
