Look closely when you shop for Trunks and be Introducing This Alligator embossed trunk is from circa Pa. 1877 on hardware. A perfect mid size dome top trunk that would make make a great addition any decor! She was done by hand in with our own Alligator mid-green/gold finish.The trim was done in our own Brass finish and the black in gloss enamel.3 coats each!T are 3 "hickory" RARE! slats on top 1 on the front and back and they are very astetic and beautiful! The original tray comes with it. The inside was Stripped and sealed adorning a period Victorian era genuine Lithograph. It's not a copy. The leather handles are original, thick and strong. The hardware is solid. The Hasps are in great working order. She has a working lock. These styles are a favorite of ours. And 1 of a kind! This trunk has 4 caster wheels on the bottom to move it with ease. It has the original lid stay to hold it open securely when lifted. It is Solid and a well built trunk. This would make a Great accent piece to any room! A fine gift for you or that deserving loved one! Measures 32 inches long, 19" wide and 23"high. These make a great gift that someone special.
