An old STEIFF bear measuring approx.33cm.He is fairly worn with thin fur covering here and there,He has ( some ) blond mohair,straw filled,glass eyes.There is a small repair to top of body and a couple of very small holes have been stitched.The nose seems to have been crudely re-stitched.He has 4 claws,the stitching mostly complete with some loosened/shortened.Felt pads have been replaced with Rexine soft suede and are in excellent condition.He is fully jointed,head,arms and legs and has long spoon arms and a hump to back..A long snout and lovely expression.I believe him to be pre-war early to 1920s.He has the old rare FF button to left ear.The STEIFF in capitals with the final F underscored and drawn back to E ( earlier long version ). I am no expert so I have described to the best of my ability,just been an amateur collector,but am now selling my collection,if you have the time please take a look..Thanks for looking.We post worldwide.
