A HAND MADE VINTAGE STERLING SILVER RING
ARTS & CRAFTS ERA, C. 1930S, Approx. US Size 8 PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO SCROLL DOWN AND READ MY NEW TERMS OF AGREEMENT UNDER THE "HOUSEKEEPING" SECTION OF THIS LISTING. Description: An extremely attractive old Sterling silver band that I think is probably from the American Arts & Crafts Movement. The ring has been painstakingly made by repousse-ing the repeating flower motif all the way around the band and individually chasing the flowers on the exterior. The edges of the band are hammered, and the negative spaces around the flowers are oxidized, so they really stand out. This is a big ring and is very much a unisex piece of jewelry these days -- though, given its size, I think it might have been intended as a man's wedding band back in the day. Hallmarked STERLING on the inside of the ring. A phenomenal piece of antique jewelry that you will not be disappointed by!!! Dimensions: This ring is approximately a US size 8 / UK size P 1/2 and is about 1/3" wide. Weighs approx. 4.5 grams. Condition: Perfect, no problems. I hate to do that, but it's due to an increasing number of deadbeat bidders with little eBay experience that making this rule seems necessary. I don't do returns unless I've really messed up the description of an item (i.e., I've said it's 14K gold when it's vermiel; it's antique when it was made yesterday; it's in perfect condition when it's got satins all over it; etc.) Buyer's remorse is not a good reason for a return/refund. Insurance is always optional -- and absolutely necessary to receive a refund should something go awry with your shipment. Yes, I will certainly combine shipping on items bought within a few days of one another -- just let me know this is your intention and I'll hold back on immediate shipment. I accept money orders and PayPal only.
