This is a super antique hallmarked sterling silver calling card case/aide memoire measuring 4" (10 cm) x 2 3/4" (7 cms) and hallmarked for Chester 1899 with the silversmiths mark for John Millward Banks. It's in super condition with no damage. It has lovely decoration - inside is lined in leather which is in super condition apart from one small split to a pocket (see photos) and it has a central page for notes and comes complete with pencil. The whole case weighs 129.6 grams and still snaps shut as it should - there are no engravings or monograms and the case is large enough to take a credit card - p lease see photos and email if you have any queries - all questions will be answered between 9 am and 6pm UK time.
