I am offering for sale this elegant vintage neo-classical antique silver and enamel snuff or pill box recently acquired from an estate. This box is in excellent condition and the silver work on the box is ornately decorated on the front, back and all sides and the enamel is brilliant and vibrant with no chips or cracks and the hinges are firm. This box is adorned with a hand painted image of a man, woman and child in period costumes. The box has a wonderful gold wash on the inside and has a hallmark (which I can not read) and "800" beside it on the inside bottom of the box. The measurements are 1 3/4" x 1 1/2" by 3/8" in depth. I am starting the bidding at $49.99 with No Reserve. Shipping, handling and delivery confirmation in the US of $7.50 will be added to the total at the end of the auction. Those wishing to bid should email me prior to bidding for shipping and handling cost.
