This vintage stick pin or lapel pin recently was purchased at a local estate sale, where a family member indicated that it dates to the early 1900s; however, its actual age has not been determined. These early Eureka Springs souvenirs seldom are available for purchase! What a great estate sale find!!! This pin is a souvenir of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, and its design consists of a rippling flag or banner with the words EUREKA SPRINGS on it. The pin appears to be composed of brass with the flag having a dark surface treatment. The flag portion measures approximately 1 x 3/4," and the overall length of the pin is approximately 2-1/4." There is no manufacturer's name. This item is in very good condition. Although there is some irregularity of the flag surface treatment, there is no evident wear or damage except for a tiny bend of the tip of the pin (which most likely could be straightened easily). The metal of the pin remains bright (much more so than evident in the photos). The illustrations in this listing are photos of the actual item being offered for sale.
