The item for sale is an antique signed Harden Mission oak rocking chair. This chair is in very good condition. The chairs finish is original , has wear and is in need of a cleaning. The piece is solid with no breaks and being sold as we found it out of a Philadelphia Pa. estate. The chair has all the attributes of a quality mission piece with slat sides, mortise & tenon joints, wood pins, quartered oak and chamferred ends. This Harden rocker is large measuring 36 inches to the top of the post while resting and 28 1/2 inches wide across the arms. The piece has a clean green cloth upholstered drop in seat.
