ANTIQUE STONE MASON'S HAMMER FROM THE LOIRE VALLEY FRANCEI have a set of five stone mason's hammers. This is the best and oldest (and most expensive!) of the five. Judging by the nature of the iron it is at least 100 years old and probably a lot more. I doubt the handle is the original but it is ols, sound and held in place by a couple of very old nails driven into the end. It is a beauty but heavy and tfore expensive to post. It and the others come from the Loire valley in central France. Weighs 3.6 kg and measures 32 cm across the head (12 inches)NB postage to UK 27 euros NBB. Postage to USA + WORLD is $70 Priority which should take 10-14 days. If you are not in a hurry then choose "economic", ($55) which is supposed to take 21-28 days but BE WARNED it can take longer! Normally economic is fine. 010807 NOTE for USA buyers. My prices have not increased since the latest 8% fall in the US dollar. The only increase for you may be a 8% increase in postage but even then only for certain weights.
