From my collection. I found this in an old country store in the back-roads of the hills of South Carolina This auction is For antique Humphreys" Specifics medicine cabinet (medicines for people). It is wood with Blue litho tin panels in both the front and back.(This is the first one I have seen that has panels on the front and back). It has the interior numbered drawers with original knobs to hold 34 medicines. One of the drawers need to be re-glued - the bottom and knob is missing. Some of the drawers have penciled notes on them. The original mirror is on the interior of the front door with remnants of the an original advertising paper label. The original hook closes the front door. I have not cleaned this cabinet - there is some rust from age and use to the front and back. There is a marquee on top - these are hard to find with the marquee. It sits on the top pegs. The finish on the wood top looks like something was sitting on it at one time - I did not clean this. It is about 27 3/4" tall and the width is about 21 1/2". The depth is abouth 10". This is an early outstanding antique advertising cabinet!
