Beautiful Art Deco Table This is the real deal, not a reproduction. An oak circular table, it has its original dark finish with a lovely aged patina. The graining is rich and it has the very desirable tiger stripe grain pattern. A sensuous curve in the support pieces defines the period urn shape. The table has a top, a center shelf and a bottom shelf. It can be used as is, or if you would like, you could have a piece of glass cut to fit either inside the support pieces on the top, or an oversized piece of glass will sit securely on top of the support pieces. We have used it all three ways. The table is approximately 25.5 inches tall, 24 inches wide, (tabletop only), and 27 inches including the tops of the support pieces. These pieces are getting very scarce, particularly in this condition. The table is in great condition for its age, it has the expected wear that shows that it has been used and loved, but not abused. No major mars, no missing laminate, no major scratches or blemishes. It has only one small, very faint water mark on the center shelf (A guest who will NOT be invited to our next party set their drink on it.) It is very light, but we wanted to disclose it.
