~*~Hello and thank you for looking~*~ ~*~This textile is an amazingly beautiful hand woven Antique/Vintage hemp linen ~ this lovely roll I am selling by the yard lengths, so each purchase is for a length measuring 1 yard long by 17 inches wide~ ( should you require longer lengths, simply change the quantity button EG if you would like a long 4 yard lenght, simply change the quantity to 4, and you will receive one long length measuring 4 yards long by 16 inches wide) ( roll 2103) This is a wonderful roll of antique/vintage European hand-woven hemp linen~this roll is so very very beautiful! ~ stunning open weave, BEAUTIFUL natural flecks of hemp, wonderful natural tonal variations! ~ Simply STUNNING ~ one of the most interesting fabrics I have seen! ~*~ The texture is slightly coarse from the raw fibers, so best used for textiles that are not intended for bedding ~*~ This roll has a stunning very heavy, slubby weave! It is very very heavy weight~ Amazing texture and the tone is a warm oatmeal! ~ This roll would make a gorgeous table runner, placemats, decorative pillows . And I think it would make a STUNNING window treatment, with the light shining through the weave~!!! ~ Very durable, wash after wash~*~ There are some beautiful natural variations in the tone, it is just beautiful!*~ ~~ Easy to machine wash, tumble dry! ~*~ Lovely for heirloom projects~ I love knowing that these textiles were produced without the use of pesticides, just lovely natural fabric~*~ ( I have attached some photoghraphs showing some of the many uses of these textiles! ( not included in this buy it now) ~* ~please email me should you require further matching yards, as my back stock is vast and I offer a matching service for larger projects) CONDITION: This stunning textile was stored folded in half, so there is a fold line, that will wash out beautifully. On one side, where the fold line was exposed , there is a pale storage mark that will wash beautifully ( simply machine wash, using normal detergent and Oxyclean and tumble dry! ( I like to use fabric softener in the final rinse for added softness) ~Please see my store page “ About Hand-woven, Homespun Yardage” for more information on these wonderful textiles ~ CONDITION : This roll is in wonderful unused, original condition. .This roll was stored folded in half, so on one side of the roll there is a pale storage line that runs down the middle, the other side was protected and is not effected by this. This should wash beautifully, simply use Oxyclean in the wash. Easy washing instructions below ~ ! ~*~ For large projects like the sofa, plain linen can be used on the sides and backs!!
