You are bidding on an Antique Traditional Mahogany Sideboard Buffet Server Cabinet. This piece is a RARE FIND due to its size, age and beauty and is an original piece that was original made and labeled by Thomasville Furniture and was American made with its original label. This piece was made of the HIGHEST quality and and was beautifully done in the same manner of Early 17th and 18th Century American designs. This was made of the HIGHEST quality with nicely recessed drawers and doors which are all doweled and dovetailed together with brass pull handles that have a nice floral embroidery pattern etched into the brass itself with naturally aged patina and is all original. It has nicely reeded trim work along the sides and was made with mahogany and oak secondary woods which is of the finest quality that is simply no longer found today. Because of its size, and simple yet elegant design this piece cn be used at an entrance in a hallway or foyer, or in a dining room, living room over a Flat Panel TV which is what the decorators are now doing, it can also be used in a study or ofiice, guest room and can be accented anyw else throughout your home. It has a beautiful and exotic naturally figured mahogany wood grain as you can see in the pictures. This piece was VERY WELL made with quality that surpasses anything that is made today and all wood construction but Please understand that this is an antique so it has some minor imperfections on it with its age but overall this piece is in excellent shape.
