All items are sold "AS IS" unless otherwise noted. Description: Up for auction is this rare Tiffany and Compnay antique french mantle clock. We do not know too much about it. Best we could find is that it was most likely produced in the late 1800s to early 1900s in France. The numerals are definitely made out of porcelain. We also found out that Tiffany in fact never manufactured any clock in their own factories at this time but instead contracted the clock making out to some French company(ies). It is however clearly stamped "Tiffany and Compy" which was done by them once they received the clock back in order to sell it under their name. T is what appears to be a devil with a crown on each side if the clock and an angel or Greek or Roman God? in the center facing the front. Not sure what these are or what they are supposed to represent. The clock is in very good antique condition even though some operating pieces are not in tact. We are almost positive that it comes with all pieces needed to get it working right again. One of the feet is not attached but can be eaily put back on with the right screw.
