17" at widest point across, 16" tall and projects about 3" off of wall. It is old. Ship on water, clouds, palm trees and birds. Two holes at top with wire for hanging. Some paint loss as can be seen in photos. I have not cleaned it- will ship as is. Very cool piece especially for nautical antiques collectors. I purchased this at an antique mall in Florida.
