PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DON'T INTEND ON PAYING! "I COMBINE SHIPPING COSTS TO SAVE YOU MONEY!!!!! " Up for Auction Is this Gorgeous Antique Victorian, Silverplate Tea pot. This piece was made by Atkin Brothers in 1840. It is in a beautiful George the VI style (a full set was sold at Christies and can be seen in t New York June 24 1999 catalog on page 53). The lid is tight and fits perfectly. Lid finial and handle are comprised of rich ebony wood. The interior is clean. The signature on the bottom dates this to 1840, this is an early example of their work and the condition is supurb. It is 6-1/2" tall and 10-1/2" long and is in perfect condition. We will be starting this out EXTREMELY LOW, with NO RESERVE. This is a very rare and hard to find collectable piece If you buy more than 1 Item, I will combine shipping. This is based on actual weight and can substantially save you allot of money in shipping costs. - I require insurance on all of my items. I take great care in packaging each item to avoid breakage. Unfortunately, items do get damaged during shipping. If this should happen, the address label on the front of the package is bar coded with the proper insurance information. Please keep the original box (with the label) packing material, a copy of the ebay auction and bring them to your local post office, they will help you fill out a claim form for the damage.
