Fresh from an upstate New York estate! This offering is for a c. 1800's Victorian engraved bangle bracelet featuring a center tiny seed pearl and twelve square cut red stones which I suspect are either small rubies or garnets. The bracelet has a rose gold finish and appears to be gold filled though it is unmarked for maker or metal composition. The bangle opens with a slotted catch which a button slides into. The face of the bracelet is engraved and measures 1 3/4" long and is 5/8" wide at the widest point in the center. This bracelet is small, but then remember that WOMEN were small in this time. The interior of the oval measures 2" by 1 1/2". The distance completely around the band (closed) is 6 1/2". This was a well made bracelet in it's day. The finish is beautiful! Add to your collection of antique jewelry. Great for that small wristed person or young daughter or grand- daughter!IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!! My Policies: No international shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS.
