Item: - 22ct yellow gold ruby & diamond ring Description: - A Superb Victorian 22ct yellow gold ruby & diamond ring. The gold ring for sale is stamped 22 to denote 22 carat gold, with the maker W S, the anchor hallmark to signify the Birmingham Assay Office, and Queen Victoria duty stamp. The shank is broad at the front, and narrow at the back, with a lovely shine to it. Assay: - .916 Gold (22ct) Date: - 1863 (Date Letter 'o') Period: - Mid 19th Century Engraving: - None Maker: - W S Measurement: - Ring UK Size M / US size 6. The stones each measure approx 2.5mm. The face of the ring is 10mm x 4.5mm Weight: - 2.29 grams / 0.073 troy ounces Condition: - The ring is in good used antique condition.
