This is antique Victorian Banquet Lamp came from an estate sale in Illinois. Measuring just over 30 inches in height to the top of the shade, and 21-1/2 inches to the top of the socket - a Victorian, 19th Century banquet lamp - now electrified - boasting elaborate brass detail, and marbel. Condition: Well-depicted in the photographs - No visible damage/repairs - needs a good cleaning as when previously cleaned left residue of cleaner on lamp. The reservoir for the oil is still t with the cap which is removable, but center of lamp was drilled to make it electric. The turn on switch has Rochester ABCO on it and I believe it was also the wick control when this was an oil lamp. All it needs is a pretty globe to make this a show piece. I do not know much about this item except that it is an old piece. Payment Terms: Payment MUST be received by me within 10 days - unless you make otherarrangements with me.
