Hello - This auction is for an antique victorian locket. This locket is done in blue enamel, on both the front and reverse, with black flowers set with seed pearls. The locket measures 1" in length by approximately 3/4" in width, not including the bale at the top. The piece does have its original matching bale and 2 bevelled glasses inside. The accompanying chain is approximately 20" long and is marked on the clasp "20 12K". I do believe that the locket itself is gold filled, as t is a small place on the bottom edge w someone scratch tested it. This is a wonderful piece with no chips or cracks to the enamel and very little wear. In the photo of the inside of the locket, you will notice 2 small spots, behind the glass on the left side. These are w the pearls were set on the outside, and are not damage spots. I have not cleaned this piece, I will leave that to the new owner to do if they wish. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to answer them. Thanks!
