Offered for� auction with no reserve is this 16" 3 drop Victorian antique garnet necklace.The necklace is not missing any stones and it does not look as if any were ever replaced.I am not sure of the gold setting but have heard it sometimes referred to as "garnet gold" and most likely is gold filled.A few small tarnish spots on the back. I do not see any makers mark. Verified by my jeweler that all stones are indeed garnet and the metal is gold filled. The stones are a deep wine color. The clasp is in good working order. Sold without a reserve!
