Antique Victorian Celluloid Collar Box w/Arrow Collar &Button Dresser Box c1890 This is 6” tall – has a 7” diameter top – and has a 6⅞” diameter bottom. It contains an Arrow Devon 16 Collar as well as the bottom/holder for it. Other than that I will let the photos do the talking as they show just how beautiful this is as well as its very good condition – I could not find any problems other than there was a piece of the fabric liner a touch loose on the inside.
