Antique Tea ClothVictorian Lace and Linen Tea ClothUsed over small Tea-Tables in English homes. Girls would have created at least 10 "Tea- Cloths" as part of their Dower Chest. Made from Irish Linen, Hand Crocheted Lace and Ornate "Handwork", these were an elegant addition to the Victorian Tea Table.Filet Crochet design is of flowersIt measures 47 x 48 inchesThe lace at the corner has a length of 20 inches!It was created between 1870 and 1920.Off-White.No holes.I noticed some light spots on the filet crochet lace that will need to be laundered out.Thank you for looking.See my other listings for more great items!All items are from estates.
