For your bidding consideration today, we have an all leather pair of antique mens button up boots or shoes. The shoes are made of a medium brown colored leather, have a stacked heel, and have all buttons present on both shoes, although a couple of them are darker than the rest, and the top button on the right shoe is different. T is punched detail stitching across the toe area, and on the sides, w the uppers meet the lowers, and this area has scalloping, between the punched work. The bottom three button holes are scalloped also. The leather strip that runs up the middle, on the front of the shoes, is a different accent color. The pull tabls are present on both shoes, and are labeled W. K. Co on one side, and Kneeland's on the back side. T is a fabric label sewn on the inside of one of the shoes, that says C.B Mayer, Wausau, Wis. T are also some numbers 41 3 23746 A. The shoes are strong and sturdy, and could still be worn today, but as you can see from the pictures, the leather has quite a bit of patina to them, and would benefit from a really good cleaning. T are several dark spots scattered throughout both of the shoes. The lining is all intact, which is unusual for shoes this old.
