French Carved Oak Renaissance Revival Foot Stool Ornately Carved, SOLID OAK, Bobbin legs, FABULOUS!! Direct from France, this listing is for an outstanding antique oak footstool, ornately carved on every possible surface!! The stool has scalloped aprons with carving details, a large carved top and bobbin turned legs AND bobbin turned stretchers that provide stability and evidence of outstanding quality and craftsmanship!! Foot stools are extremely popular accent pieces right now, and this is definitely a premier one, with classic appeal that will last for generations, and certainly compliment any décor. The stool is 16 ½âeH x 11 ½âe x 11 ½âe. The finish is venerable dark French oak, with a lovely aged patina. As many of you know, all of my antiques are hand selected from European container shipments. I do not purchase in bulk, but prefer to individually purchase the items, with each piece selected for its unique characteristics and quality. Condition : The stool is in good condition, sturdy and structurally sound, visually appealing, with normal signs of age and use, scratches, dings, and other imperfections.
