Antique Victorian GF/RGP BOOK Fob Charm Pendant Secret Hidden LOCKET Tigereye Description PLEASE Scroll down to view all of the images, and PLEASE Take the time to READ our Description. Thank you. This listing is for an antique Victorian Fob Charm/Pendant that is in the Shape of a BOOK. This Fob has a Piece of Tigereye Stone on each side...see images. This fob Opens to reveal one frame for an image --a secret locket~.....see images. This item was recently purchased from an estate. SPECIFICATIONS : This is a USED/PRE-OWNED Item -See Below for Condition Report. Material : Gold filled or Gold plated base metal, Tiger eye stones, Glass over the photo etc. Signed : No marks that I can find. Dimensions : This item measures about 11/16" tall x 5/8" or so wide (this is the main BOOK dimensions....and does NOT Include the small hanging loop on the top of the book and it also does Not include the jump ring...see images.) Gemstones : Each side of this fob has a piece of tiger eye on it. One tiger eye has more 'movement' -'Chatoyancy' (the 'cats eye' effect) --and the other stone was cut such that it has very little movement/Chatoyancy. Monograms : None Weight : 5.7 grams Condition : This item is in vintage condition, with several signs of age/wear and use. Please see images to get a closer look at this items condition. The tigereye stones have signs of age/wear. One stone has a large chip on a corner...see images. There are dings, scuffs, chips, scratches and imperfections on the stones as well. As mentioned, one of the stones has decent 'movement'/Chatoyancy, though the other stone has very little/no movement . the glass that covers the photo in the locket has a crack in the center....see images. The metal has several areas of wear to the gold layer- exposing the base metal below....see images. The metal has dings, dimples, scratches, wear and imperfections in areas....see images. The top small loop at the top of the locket has wear to the metal...where it is worn thin....please see images. All in all, I would have to say that this item is in vintage condition, with signs of age/wear and use.
