Double your traffic. This auction is for a really sweet yard long style antique print in a SUPER frame. The total size is 28 3/4" by 14 3/4" and the opening in the frame measures 26 3/4" by 12 3/4". This really cute print is of a young lass all dressed up in her best dress with lots of lace trim and a lacy parasol. Her matching hat has bows and ostrich plumes and the green stripes compliment her blue-green eyes. She's holding her skirt up while her kitten investigates carnations that have fallen on the floor near her feet sporting brown button-up boots. The print itself is really adorable, but check out the really superb frame. The outside edge has garlands with leaves and flowers in an antique verdis green finish that fades to a cream-tan color. There's gold highlights and the frame also has it's old original wood backboard. As to condition, both the print and frame are very nice. There is a very small piece missing from the print in the upper right corner (see picture) and a very slight, about 1/2" tear along the upper edge that's very hard to notice. The frame is also lovely. There's a tiny missing piece in the gesso on three of the corners (see pictures), also slight and not noticeable, and also pretty much par for the course with these old frames.
