Lovely marked, gold filled double-frame floral locket by Wightman and Hough Co. (in operation from 1856-1922). The cover of the locket depicts a raised design with eleven paste stones, one tiny one missing. A few have darkened with age. The hinge works perfectly, the locket opens from top left towards the back and closes with a snap. Inside the locket are two frames with the W&H Co. maker's mark enclosed in a heart. The company's motto was, "There's a heart in every locket." The locket is in very good condition for it's age, no dents or dings. It measures approximately 1.20" in diameter without the jump ring. Please be sure to view photographs carefully in order to avoid errors. Many of the items I sell are vintage so please understand that they will not all be in perfect condition. Our goal is for your buying experience to be a pleasure. If there are any problems, please email me before leaving feedback as anything can be resolved with communication.
