Antique, Victorian Oil Lamp with elegant, understated wild rose blossom design. The lamp was professionally rewired and electrified. This means that you can actually safely use the lamp (which is not the case with many non-electrified oil lamps that smoke and are not as safe). The globe is original and shows a complementary wild rose motive. The base and the globe have designs on both sides. The base also has a raised floral design on the sides. The metal is brass. The only marking I can find is "Queen Ann No2" shown in the photo. Overall, a beautiful piece. The base and globe are about 18.5" high.
