eddintheclouds antiques This very elegant armchair dates to around the gothic revival (1870s) period. With a mahogany frame and arms it has been re-upholstered probably in the last 5 years in a pleasing duck blue flock fabric. The swept arms with tracery decoration complements well the sprung seat and button back making for an excellent piece. This would look great in any house. approx size...... 70cm wide x 82cm deep x 96cm high seat 40cm high condition..... Please see photos for best description. Overall this is in nice condition and ready for immediate use. There is no rot or woodworm and all the joints are tight. One back leg has been professionally repaired probably when the piece was reupholstered and the castors are newer replacements but this is to be expected for its age. The upholstery is generally in good shape with just a few minor marks which can probably be scrubbed out if desired delivery...... You are more than welcome to collect in person or I can send these via Abbey couriers to England and Wales for £65. I can also get it delivered to the Midlands and London for £40-50 with another reliable courier. For local delivery I'm happy to drop it off myself. A beautiful armchair! feel free to ask questions and happy searching
