This is a Beautiful Antique Victorian Micromosaic Vermeil Necklace. (Vermeil is silver that has a gold wash on it) This pendant is made up of tiny tiles that form a Mosaic...in the center t is a dove depicted...and in the sections above and below the dove are grapes...and to either side, flowers are depicted...see images. This pendant measures just under 3/4" wide and from the top of the loop at the top of the pendant to the bottom of the pendant it is about 15/16" tall.The chain that this item hangs on measures about 18" long.The catch on the chain is marked 925...indicating it is made from sterling silver....and you can see that the gold wash is wonderfully intact...see images This pendant is in very good condition for its age! I can locate No missing tiles on this pendant....and t are only slight areas of wear through the gold layer....see images, and w it is worn t is the sterling visible... This is a wonderful, Unique Antique Micromosaic Necklace, in Great Shape!
