This exquisite solid oak bookcase was crafted during the Victorian period in England, about 1890. The top section features double glass doors which open to reveal a bookcase with two shelves. The lower section contains two drawers, each of which have dovetailed joints on both the front and back, as well as pierced chippendale style solid brass pulls. Below the drawers is a double doored cabinet with one interior shelf. The upper and lower sections of this bookcase come apart so it can be moved easier, so t's no need to worry about it not fitting through a doorway. Overall, the condition of this piece is excellent.
