Antique Victorian Rolled Gold Long Guard Chain Necklace An antique Victorian long guard chain. Rolled gold / gilt metal, unmarked. Weighs 41 grams. In overall good antique condition and all original. No damage, repairs, etc. Wear to gilding, to be expected. Measures approx 53 1/2 inches by 3mm. (1 inch = approx 25mm) Please note that all my items for sale are old and one would expect to see some wear commensurate with the age of the item. I try to list all the imperfections, repairs or damage, however, bear in mind they are not brand new. I sell antique jewellery that I would love to wear myself.
