antique Victorian Scottish SILVER banded AGATE carved buckle bracelet -3442 super very wearable piece with an unusual clasp - the bar pivots, when laid straight it slots through the circular section and turned sideways it secures the bracelet on the wrist. Lots of rather nice engraved detail and some lovely banding on the agate. size - approx size when fastened (as worn) 7.25 inches , up to 1 inch widecondition - very good, there are a couple of tiny nibbles tot he back edges of the agate, and two to the front, one agate panel has a slightly flatter curved end to one side, this is smooth and in keeping with the piece and probably from the original carving. Overall the piece presents extremely well, there is no significant damage or wear and nothing which detracts. my ref - 3442 combined shipping is FREE on subsequent items - you only pay once for postage!
