Antique Mahogany Victorian Sofa
This sofa used to sit in the parlor of my three story Victorian. After 18 years in that wonderfully restored home, we moved to the burbs about 3 years ago and put this sofa in storage. It doesn't look like t's ever going to be a place for this in our new home, so we are parting with it. As you can see, the fabric is splitting and it needs to be recovered. This is simply due to the fabric being old. It started splitting before we put it into storage. The only other blemishes that are worth noting are two small cracks in the top design on the couch. These occurred prior to my original acquisition of the sofa. My guess is that they are repairs that need to be touched up since the design is structurally strong. Speaking of which, this is a solid sofa. Dimensions From outside arm to outside arm the couch measures 87" long From floor to the top of the seat is 16" From floor to top of the arm is 26" From floor to top of the design on the back is 37.5" From the back to the front is is 27" deep The seating area measures 69" x 22" This item is for local pickup only .
