This is an awesome Antique Victorian Solid Walnut Armoire, Wardrobe, Closet or Cupboard, dating to the 1880's. At the top it has a stepped and flared crown, which is removable. The main part of the armoire has 2 solid walnut doors with oval bevel edge mirrors. Between the doors t is a carved panel with 4 bevel edge mirrors. The base section has 2 large, deep hand dovetail jointed drawers, the hardware on the doors and drawers is original. Measurements :66 "wide x 22"Deep x 84"High. (Inside it has a paneled back and hanging rod and measures: 58"wide x 18"deep x 5 4"high). This piece is made from solid walnut wood, it is beautifully carved and the finish is original and in good condition for a piece of this age, showing only moderate wear, a magnificent high end, finely crafted antique armoire!
