T are 5 oak slats on top, 5 front,3 back, It has solid brass Star Phila lock with possible key still trying keys. The inside was Stripped, Scrubbed Clean and sealed. The natural leather handles are new, thick and strong. Original beautiful Victorian print of a Victorian lady proper! Bottom was also refinished so t is no worry about a rusty bottom on a fine carpet. Two slat ends on the bottom are half t but doesn't affect thebalance. She has a new lid stay to hold the lid open securely when lifted. Measures Size is 28 1/2" inches long and 20" wide and 181/2"High She would make a great gift that someone special Or a Rare trunk collector. We finish trunks only improving their value.
