Vintage Bausch and Lomb compound brass microscope. This beauty works wonderfully and is in immaculate condition. The base has a few rubs on it w the brass is showing through the black paint but otherwise it is in wonderful shape. Comes with three lenses, two B&L - 1/6 and 2/3 and one Spencer - 1.8mm (These have their own individual brass canisters). The scope also has some sort of magnification lense under the slide platform that has a couple of adjustments on it. Also comes with two additional eyepieces (shown in the pictures) Also included are nine glass slides (no. 1290) in their original B&L Box. In addition you get an old adjustable stand up light. This microscope is heavy, probably weighs 5-6 lbs. and is a high quality item. This scope has been in the closet for generations which is the reason it is in such fantastic shape. Great piece for the scientific or medical collector. You don't see many of these on ebay. Contact me if you have any additional questions. Flat rate shipping to U.S. includes insurance.
