This is an interesting, unusual piece that I am not sure of. It looks like a Victorian locket or fob with a church etched on the top but what is unusual is that it is closed and held together with 2 small magnets in a casing. There are no marks at all or as to gold content and I am unsure of the vintage. It has a sort of matte finish rather than shiny. It opens from the bottom and there is a space in there for something such as hair or a religious item but there are no frames or really a place for photos. It is 15/16" plus the bale, 13/16" wide and about 3/16" deep. Condition is very good with the usual minor surface scratches. It is an unusual piece and any information would be helpful.
