What I am placing up for auction is a rare Blue Gray Fenton Bell. I have never seen this color before in a Fenton Piece?I am far from being an expert on Fenton but we have a lot of it in our personal glass collection. Both my Wife and myself have not come upon a piece like this before? We obtained this bell at an estate auction from a womans estate that had some of the most beautiful glass we have ever seen in a single collection? I found that talking to family members at the auctions is one of the best sources of information on the items being sold. They all said bascily the same thing "That Grandma knew the complete history of every piece in her collection" and she had a story to go along with it? In all of the Fenton books that I have, I cannot locate one like this and the rings around the handle make it uniquely different? The button design is a common Fenton design along with the ruffles at the edge of the bell. I can not find any chips or flea bites and it is just like out of the box condition. As always I sell in an "AS IS CONDITION" but if t is anything major that I have failed to describe
